testing decides how your details are used, so it is responsible for them (the “data fiduciary”). This website runs on Labbyk, which stores and processes your details for testing and for no other purpose.

When you send an enquiry: your name and mobile number and, if you give them, your email address, the package you are interested in, the number of travellers, room type, preferred departure and your message.

When you book online we also keep the amount, how you paid and the payment reference, such as a UPI transaction ID. Card numbers, UPI PINs and netbanking passwords go straight to the payment provider — we never see them.

Only to reply to your enquiry, plan and confirm your trip, take and check your payment, and keep the records the law requires. We don’t sell your details, and we won’t use them for anything else without asking you first.

We count page views and WhatsApp taps without cookies and without storing your IP address. If you came from one of our ads, the ad’s click ID is kept in this browser tab and, if you then send an enquiry, reported to our own ad account so we can tell which ads help pilgrims find us.

testing’s team, and the companies that run this website for us — Labbyk and its hosting, email and payment providers — only to provide that service. We also share details when the law or a court requires it.

While we are helping you with your enquiry or trip, and then until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer needed. Booking and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

You can ask testing for a summary of the details it holds about you and who it has shared them with, and to correct, update or erase them. You can tell us at any time to stop using your details, and you can nominate someone to do all this for you if you die or are unable to.
